try the steps below to change you time Zone:
In the search field with the spy glass
Type in the word "Time"
Type in the word "Time"
You should now see an option to run the "Change the date and time"
select it.
you will see "Date & Time" on the left list.
Select it.
You will now se the option to your Time zone.
select the dropdown arrow to display other time zones and select "(UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)"
the correct time should be displayed on the PC time clock.
