Oracle HCM Cloud Mobile Application
Role: Employee
Objective: Setup the Oracle HCM Cloud Application on your mobile devices to access your HR information on the go. All employees may use the mobile application to submit absences.
Hourly employees will find convenient access with their Time cards.
NOTE: Please use the desktop version to access some advanced features like downloading Pension Statements.

1 | To get started with the Oracle HCM Cloud application (App), please follow these simple steps: iOS users

3 | Enter the below HCM Cloud URL: https://fa-ewik-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/ Click on ‘Proceed’ when the Attention prompt appears. To allow app notifications, click on ‘Allow’. | > > |
4 | There are two ways to continue the sign-in process. Click on Sign In options to see the below two options:
Enter the work email id, click Next. Enter the password, click Sign In. | > |
5 | If using text or call codes, then select one of the options to receive the authentication code. Enter the code and click ‘Verify’. | > |
6 | You have now successfully logged into the Oracle HCM Cloud mobile app. You are now good to explore the app by swiping left to right and scrolling up and down the screens to review the features like personal information, submitting absences and time cards. | > |
7 | If using the Microsoft Authenticator App, the Microsoft Sign In page will appear. Approve sign in request. | |
