1. In your tool bar where it says "Type here to search", enter snipping tool
2. Select the snipping tool program
3. Select the "New" button in the top task bar
4. Click and hold to drag the box to crop the exact portion of the screen you would like to snap shot
5. Click save
6. Save to destination folder
