1. First, make sure that all cables are connected to their appropriate ports

2. Right click on the network Icon and click trouble shoot problems

3. There will be a wizard that pops up, complete the process in the wizard

4. After the wizard has completed and it has not resolved the issue, shut down the computer and wait 15 seconds before rebooting

5. Turn power back on
