When you compress a folder, you are able to send the folder and all of the contents inside it to a group or someone in your organization. This helps if you have multiples files you would like to send someone, instead of sending one by one.
1. Go to the destination of the folder
2. Right click on the folder
3. Go to the "send" section
4. Select compress
