- Open Microsoft Word
- Select “Insert” in the top toolbar
- Select the “Table” button in the tables column
- Hover over the first box
- This indicates the rows and columns
- Box one indicates 1 row and 1 column
- Box two (to the right of box 1) indicates two columns and one row
- Select how many rows and columns you want your table to have
- Insert your table
